The most hard is the practical implementation of the strategy. This is mainly carried out through projects. Creative minds are always offered more projects than they can perform the available resources. The main task is to select from a diversity of proposals specifically those projects that will meet the goals (short-term and strategic) of the organization and ultimately the client’s interests. This means setting priorities among projects so that resources are always insufficient, directed to useful projects. When the project is selected, all attention switches to the project management process that defines how the project will be executed.

In the process of project management there are two aspects. First? this is the technical side of the process control, which comprises from formal, orderly, purely logical parts of the process. The technical aspect is dependent on the availability of formal information system. In this feature include? are planning, scheduling and controlling operations. Determined and documented by clear boundaries and scope of the project to link the project and the customer and facilitate the process of planning and control. Planning the process and trace the implementation of the project also contributes to the creation of reports on the interim results and structure work. The structure of the work serves as a kind of database linking all levels of organization (essential, intermediate results and all the work until the problems) into a single package of works. Effect of any change in the project is documented and can be tracked. Therefore, any change in any part of the project can be traced to its source using integrated relations in the system. Such an approach to information integration may provide all the project managers and all the clients by the information concerning the decisions according to their level and needs a good project manager should be well prepared in the technical aspect of project management.

The second aspect: it is a socio-cultural feature of the project management process, in contrast to the orderly world of project planning, this aspect involves more complicated, often contradictory and paradoxical process of project implementation. Attention is being focused on creating a temporary organization within the social environment that combines the aptitude of different professionals working on the project implementation. Project managers need to feel the culture of the project that encourages teamwork and a high level of personal motivation, as well as the possibility to quickly detect and resolve problems that threaten a project. This aspect engages the interaction of design and management, and outside to its environment. Project managers must be able to satisfy the expectations of customers, receive the support of top management, negotiate with their functional counterparts, control of contractors, etc. In other words, the manager should build a network of social cooperation in a heterogeneous set of allies, with dissimilar standards, beliefs and perspectives.
